Phygital: A hybrid product combining physical (calendar) and digital (QR-coded content) elements. User: Any individual accessing our website or using our services. Purchaser: An individual who buys the Learning Calendar for personal use.
Service DefinitionsWebsite: The online platform (www.learningcalendar.in) providing information, pre-order options, and support for the Learning Calendar. Third-Party Services: Platforms like YouTube and Google Forms used for video content and quizzes linked via QR codes.
User ClassificationsGeneral Users: Visitors browsing the website without purchasing. Registered Users: Individuals who create an account for pre-orders or support. Purchasers: Users who buy the Learning Calendar.
To pre-order the Learning Calendar or access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate information (e.g., name, email, phone number). You agree to keep this information updated.

Prohibited Activities You may not: Reproduce, resell, or distribute the Learning Calendar without written consent. Reverse-engineer QR codes or attempt to access unauthorized content. Use the website or product for illegal, harmful, or commercial purposes. Modify, deface, or misuse the Learning Calendar’s design or content.
Content GuidelinesUsers accessing third-party content via QR codes must comply with YouTube’s and Google’s Terms of Service. Inappropriate use of linked content may result in account suspension.

Billing CyclesFull payment is required at the time of pre-order. No recurring billing applies to the Learning Calendar purchase.

Late PaymentsNot applicable, as full payment is required upfront.
The Learning Calendar, including its design, layout, text, graphics, QR codes, and linked digital content, is the intellectual property of VROOMY LLP, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. All rights are reserved.
User IP RightsUsers retain ownership of their feedback or submissions but grant us a license as per Section 5.2.
Copyright ProtectionUnauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Learning Calendar or its content is prohibited and may result in legal action under Indian law.
Trademark Usage“Learning Calendar” and its logo are trademarks of VROOMY LLP. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.
We strive to ensure the website is available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential technical issues.
Maintenance WindowsWe may perform scheduled maintenance, with prior notice posted on the website when feasible.
